Being first timers buying off the plan, we appreciated your guidance throughout the project as well as being given very generous access to the design team, who I must add were first class.

We also greatly appreciated being given total flexibility in both design and finish which enabled us to incorporate everything on our wish list. Not only is the building itself rock solid, it has been finished to our taste at the highest quality. We could not be happier with our new home.

My wife and I have had our dreams come true. The new apartment has exceeded our expectations and set us up for life. We pinch ourselves every week in joy. The purchasing process was professional, transparent and fast. The construction team were amazing. They are true professionals and because of the trust are friends.

The extra care and time taken by your team was impressive. They were very attentive to my many requirements. More important were their suggestions/recommendations to ensure a product which was consistent with the target objectives of the complex. I had many walk throughs to make sure we had things just the way we wanted it. Small changes or adjustments seemed like not a big issue at all. When it came to the finished work on the inside your team always had good suggestions to make it just right.

Throughout the building process I had direct access to you and your team. All responses were timely. Your team is extremely professional and organised, yet friendly and honest.

The quality of finishes was outstanding with great attention to detail and built to the highest standards. Everyone at Highbury was a pleasure to deal with and they pulled out all the stops to produce a building that is not only fabulous but which will stand the test of time. It is leagues above other small scale developments, with finishes at the very premium end of the scale.

The development and building company, The Highbury Group, under the control of their Director Theo Paradisis have done an outstanding job on a difficult site. The finished product delivers every thing you would expect in a multi-million dollar apartment. From the stacker underground parking, lift access direct to each unit, solid and classy finishes with all that modern technology can deliver. All this wrapped in an Art Deco and truly unique exterior. Indeed, this building will become iconic in Kirribilli.

Highbury is obsessive about attention to detail and workmanship, this to me demonstrated a pride in their work you rarely see these days. The quality of the build, the quality of materials they use, the helpfulness of the staff during construction, and the presentation of our apartment on completion was absolutely flawless and magnificent.

The entire process was faultless and further demonstrated Highbury’s obsession with customer satisfaction. Highbury have been a wonderful company to deal with.

From the very beginning of the process we were impressed with Theo’s professionalism, reliability and close communication. This apartment was to be our final home, and Theo accommodated all of our special requests to customise the floorplan and many of the finishes. They even helped by liaising with us to move our heavy appliances and landscaping material by crane during the final stages of construction.
